An experienced coach and counselor, Shannon has helped children improve school performance and enhance interpersonal skills. Shannon is passionate when it comes to working with young people to help them discover and maximize their potential.

Shannon has worked extensively with youth experiencing all levels of anxiety, PTSD, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, grief and loss, and behavioral challenges.

She specializes in trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, and young adults.

Shannon is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Aurora University and working toward state licensure.

Dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and positive space for clients to learn about themselves, their environment, and their relationships Shannon applies the collaborative problem-solving framework and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to her comprehensive approach.

Her specific expertise and engagement style provides the extra support and guidance for youth of all ages, races, and cultural backgrounds allowing them to thrive in today’s hectic and challenging world.
