Registration

Following approved registration through the Payton Cares site (www.paytoncares.com/registration) we offer prospective clients an initial phone consultation free of charge. During the call we will discuss what brings you to our practice and answer any questions you might have.

If you feel our approach is a good fit after our initial consultation, we may schedule future therapy sessions.

Session length is dependent on age and typically range from 30 to 60 minutes.

Session Fees

Adult Sessions (age 21 and older) - $250
Family & Child Sessions - $300

Sliding scale fees are available for those who qualify.

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 1 week in advance. Shorter notice for rescheduling will incur a $5 rescheduling fee. Missed sessions will incur a full session fee.

Payton Cares, LLC is not an in-network provider with insurance companies and does not accept Medicaid payments. We will work closely with you to ensure session payments are affordable and in line with your expectations. Further, we provide billing and session details through your individual account for submission to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
